You will also lead a small team of HR generalists, the HR Leader will lead on implementing the global peoplestrategy.You will be an operational and strategically aligned HR role partnering with key stakeholders and supporting a multi-discipline customer base - including Corporate & Support Functions and Manufacturing. Working closely with the UK Plant Manager and leadershipteam, you will lead on delivering the overarching organisational people strategy with the lens of value-add and true commercially.You will provide leadership and guidance to those teams in the adoption and implementation of a range of new HR focuses including company policies and procedures, performance management, employee engagement, and culture and talent development.
