You must be comfortable taking designs from an initial concept to a final visual product and thrive in a fastpaced and reactive environment. Collaboration is key to everything they do. You will be required to collaborate with the Head of UI, Product Owners, Developers and Test team to create new features. Similar experience in Sketch or adobe XD is acceptable but transitioning to figma will be an ideal requirement. We are very happy to provide training to the right candidate!In this role, your workload will likely be a mixture of the following tasks:Maintenance of the design system and components in figmaDesigning new pages for the systemDesigning new features for the systemModifying and improving the UI/UX of existing featuresCollaborating with development to make quick fixes to existing UIWorking with the product team to generate exciting new features.Creative design assets and UIs for the company websites and landing pagesWe are looking for a motivated candidate who can react to the businesses needs and change direction quickly. The right person will be motivated, have a positive outlook, solution orientated and prepared to get stuck in!Requirements:A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of UI design and U principlesA portfolio that demonstrates a good understanding of responsive design principlesProficiency in figma is preferred but comparable skill in adobe XD and Sketch is acceptable too.
