Join Our Team as a Transformation Project Manager / Operational Excellence LeadAre you ready to make a significant impact on our Global Marine & Navy business We are actively seeking a dynamic and innovative Transformation Project Manager/Operational Excellence Lead to play a key role in driving change and fostering a culture of collaborationwithin our organization.What You Will DoAs the Transformation Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting Initiative Owners throughout the Transformation journey in the Global Marine & Navy sector. Your role demands passion, innovation, and a can-do attitude. Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will collaborateclosely with key stakeholders to support, drive, and execute transformation initiatives that align with our strategy and foster operational excellence.What We Can Offer

How You Will Do It
  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of transformation initiatives.
  • Drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Simplify, standardize, and automate using the principles of "LEAN" methodology.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive transformation initiatives.
  • Work effectively in a team environment by facilitating, challenging the ‘status quo,’ and motivating multifunctional teams.
  • Ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Site Leadership teams to execute plans supporting business objectives.

  • Experience in process mapping and value stream mapping.

  • Lean methodologies qualification and/or implementation experience.
  • Change management certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Languages: English (essential), Danish (advantageous).
