Working closely with experienced recruitment professionals, you will learnthe ins and outs of healthcare recruitment while developing essential skills in communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with senior consultants to understand healthcare clients staffing needs.Employ various strategies to identify and engage potential healthcare candidates.Conduct preliminary candidate interviews and assessments.Nurture a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals through networking and other channels.Gain a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, its regulations, and trends.Assist in coordinating candidate interviews and managing feedback.Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records.Provide outstanding service to both candidates and clients, ensuring their needs are met.Qualifications:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and a quick learner.Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Prior experience in recruitment or healthcare is advantageous but not mandatory.What We Offer:
