Job Description

A field based territory sales role inheriting an established area. Promoting an award winning range of roof windows and roof lights in to national and independent building & timber merchants, whilst equally influencing contractors and local developers.Package: Basic salary is dependent on experience, with an £8k OTE and an additional £10k for over achievement + a hybrid company car, laptop, mobile, enhanced pension, employee assistance programme, employee discount scheme and a health& well-being programmeTerritory: North West & North Wales - Lancashire to StaffordshireSelling: Roof Windows and rooflightsCustomers: National and independent building, roofing & timber merchants, contractors and local developersTHE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT - Territory Sales Manager:

  • You will be a field sales professional with a proven track record in business-to-business sales
  • This could have been gained from a building materials or construction related sector, but could equally be any other B2B sector
  • You will be as comfortable account managing and developing existing relationships, as you are winning new accounts.
  • Whilst being proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication skills and can-do will-do attitude
THE ROLE - Territory Sales Manager:
  • A field sales role inheriting an established and well performing area
  • Promoting an award winning range of roof windows for both flat and pitched roofs, alongside a complimentary range of accessories
  • Developing the relationship with an established network of national and independent building, roofing and timber merchants
  • Supporting your branches to increase product awareness, and to increase commitment and sales across your area
  • Whilst equally creating demand and supporting them in the winning of business with contractors and local developers
  • All business won will be back-sold through your network of merchants
