Job Description

Systems Administrator - 3 Month Contract - Remote - Inside IR35Chapman Tate are seeking an experienced Systems Administrator / Application Analyst to join our customer and primarily provide technical support related to their Practice Management System, Aderant, and associated financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and application analysis, with a focus on maintaining and optimising Aderant and its integrations with other dependent systems.Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Aderant and associated financial systems.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of Aderant and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Aderant and its integrations with other systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and configurations as needed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes.
  • Participate in the testing and implementation of system enhancements and updates.
Requirements:
  • Experience in systems administration and application analysis.
  • Proficiency in administering Aderant or similar Practice Management Systems.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and their integration with other enterprise systems.
  • Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a timely manner.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Aderant Certified Professional) are a plus.
