You will be offering a supportive ear and a calm presence whilst still bringing an element of funinto their daily activities and needs.You will be promoting independence with all our clients and enabling them to live an independent and fulfilling lifestyle. You must be self-motivated and ensure the quality of support provided is consistent with current legislation.This is a fast paced yet highly rewarding position. You will need to think on your feet, be reliable and punctual, as the people you support will be relying on you to help them live their best lives!Working hoursYou will be on a rolling rota 2 on 6 off on a 12-hour night shift in Carrington (8pm to 8am) at £11.25.You will be on a rolling rota 4 on 4 off on a 12-hour night shift in Eccles (8pm to 8am) at £11.25.Key Responsibilities
