This position will commence after Easter on a full-time or part-time basis. You will be required for the rest of the academic year with the possibility of extension.Tradewind currently have vacancies for Teaching Assistants in:Manchester; Stockport; Rochdale; Tameside; Oldham; Bolton; Bury; Salford and Trafford!Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and maintaining a positive learning environment
  • Provide one-on-one support to pupils with learning challenges, ensuring their understanding of the curriculum
  • Assist in the preparation of teaching materials, including setting up equipment and organising resources for lessons
  • Build a positive rapport with all pupils based on trust and mutual respect
  • Work effectively as a team player with the key stage and wider staff to share advice, resources and best practice
