Job Description

Supply Chain Coordinator required for the UKs leading facilities management and professional services company. The business look after a large, diverse, blue-chip customer base, from banks and retailers, to hospitals, schools, and government offices. Asa Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the allocated work to key subcontractors and updating Work Orders in Maximo, ensuring they are completed in within agreed SLAs and KPIs. The role is part time - 25 hours offering a competitive salary of up to GBP13,676 What will you be doing as a Supply Chain Coordinator Responsible for managing and monitoring the allocated work to key subcontractors, making certain satisfactory usage when updating Work Orders in Maximo Ensuring Work Orders are completed in adherence with agreed SLAs and KPIs and statutory compliance certification is provided and recorded on the system, prior to the completion of Work Orders by subcontractors. Raise POs, monitoring and analysis of general supply problems identifying and implementing improvements. To build, maintain and enhance relationships directly with our external clients, supplies, operations team and central departments. Continuously review the internal processes and practices and make recommendations for improving the efficiency of the Supply Chain function. Ensure communication with client and sub-contractors is clear (e.g. booking in visits, adherence to all client or company specific security or health & safety procedures upon arrival). We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience: Previous administration experience Experience of working as a Supply Chain Coordinator previously is preferred Knowledge of Maximo or similar CAFM system is preferable Excellent communicator both verbal and in writing, analytical and organisational skills (customer service skills) and the ability to multi-task and prioritise. Strong IT skills including Excel to intermediate level and the ability to generate, develop and present ideas and suggestions for improvements in order to achieve more effective working practices.
