Through our multi-geographical presence (UK, Ireland, and Western Europe) we have a deep consumer insight which is a key component of the business.About the roleWe are looking for a Stock Controller to join us on an exciting new project with the SAP team, this role is for a 9 month contract and will be part of the new SAP installation that is happening within Kerry.Reporting into the Supply Chain and Transformation Lead you will have daily interactions with 5 of our factories based over UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland, this will be to look at stock on site and what is coming into warehouses and making sure that itis in line with the system data.Due to the nature of this role there is some travel required to our Manchester factory once a week and Naas, Ireland once a month, The rest of the time you are able to work remotely. What will I be doing

  • Check Daily Status of all Deliveries in SAP
  • Complete daily stock reconciliation
  • Review and investigate all quantity and Quality Control status discrepanciesdaily
  • Resolve discrepancies to ensure stock integrity is maintained
  • Report and review on all intake non-conformances
  • Coordinate stock disposals with the warehouse both physically and on the system
  • Carry out stock enquiries as requested by sites
  • Supervise full stock counts as required
  • Monitor and ensure Perpetual Inventory counts including empty bin checks are completed and meet annual timelines and frequencies
  • Challenge and highlight all slow moving or redundant stock
  • Highlight any at risk stock due to shelf life and look at opportunities to allocate or gain dispensation with Demand Planning
  • Support Supply Chain with any continuous improvement initatives
