Exciting opportunity for a motivated Software Test Engineer to join a scientific instrument manufacturer. Our client is building the next generation of instruments used in various scientific and clinical applications so this is a great position for someonelooking to expand their software testing experience in a challenging application area.As a member of a close-knit team within the software test and quality department, you will test the programmers code and ensure the software compliance of various processes. You will be collaborating closely with the software development team and be encouragedto submit new ideas and improve processes where possible. An understanding of software programming (C#, WPF) would be highly desired.The ideal candidate will have a scientific and/or engineering background along with previous manual software testing experience. Experience working with JIRA (or other issue tracking systems) is essential, as well as an understanding of Agile testing andISEB / ISTQB certifications.
