Theres variety, youll spend 50% of your time on one large project and the rest of your time on a handfulof smaller projects. Meet clients, solve problems, tackle any challenges that may arise.Were looking for an experienced Project Manager who has worked with enterprise software. If you have PRINCE 2 or other project management certifications that is a plus! Experience with Agile methodology is a must.APRIL/MAY 2023 START - 2 stage remote interviews with Key stakeholders!In this role, you will be responsible for managing several software development projects, overseeing implementation and delivery across software, data science and customer success teams. You will work closely with our clients, software developers, and productmanagers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to ensure clear communication of scope, project plans and timescales
• Coordinate project resources, including software developers, data scientists, designers, customer success analysts and other stakeholders, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to clients and internal stakeholders, and collaborate to resolve any challenges that arise
• Conduct project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, and conduct regular quality reviews to identify and address issues
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, and report on project financials to senior management
• Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and methodologies to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions
• Ensure all teams document their work to high standards, including logging key decisions

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing software development projects, preferably in the data related or geospatial industry
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop project plans, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate resources effectively
• Desirable: experience using Atlassian Project Management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience with agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies
