Software Engineer / Polyglot (TDD Java JavaScript C# Kotlin Scala). Youll work closely with the client technology and developmentteams to train them in software craftsmanship and best software practises including clean code, TDD and BDD as well as overseeing the delivery of their projects. Youll need to be open to using a variety of technologies and frameworks, always using the besttool for the job at hand (including Java, C#, JavaScript, Scala, Kotlin and more!)The company are remote first allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK however, they have offices in Manchester and London if youd prefer to not work remotely. Requirements:*Youre passionate about technology, seeing it as your craft and you always champion best software practises, in particular TDD *Experienced in some of the following: BDD, Pair Programming, Clean Code, Event Driven Architecture and Design*You come from any software engineering discipline (likely a Polyglot) as long as you are able or willing to use C#, Javascript and / or Java, Scala, Clojure or Kotlin*Good knowledge of AWS (will consider Azure or GCP)*Excellent understanding of Agile methodology and CI/CD*Some team / technical leadership experience *Strong communication, collaboration and client facing skillsAs a Software Engineer you can expect to earn a competitive salary (up to £100k) plus benefits.Apply today or call to have a confidential discussion about this Software Engineer (Java JavaScript C#) role.
