Are you a Site Manager (Substructures) from an engineering background looking to join a leading tier 1 build contractor on a brand new design & build commercial project in 2024Due to the successful award of a £80m design & build hotel , there is an exciting new opportunity to join a leading main contractor in Manchester. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the substructure, concrete, steel frameand external cladding. You will be managing packages, chairing subcontractor progress meetings, progress reporting and overseeing health & safety and quality.The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality design and build projects across commercial, high rise residential, leisure, industrial and infrastructure between the values of £10m to £200m.This is a fast growing region with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.Experience / Qualifications Required:
