Site Manager - Fit Out

The Role

Ensure adherence to Health & Safety protocols on site at all times.
Oversee day-to-day site management for fast-paced fit-out projects spanning 4 to 20 weeks.
Manage subcontractors to ensure they possess necessary resources and deliver high-quality craftsmanship.
Collaborate closely with the project manager to ensure timely and top-quality project completion.
Utilize efficient software for site administration (training provided).
Interpret drawings and plans to provide actionable guidance to site-based staff and subcontractors.
Plan ahead to facilitate effective coordination of labor and materials on site.
Coordinate material and equipment procurement, liaising with the Purchasing Administrator.
Regular travel to sites in ROI and GB is a fundamental aspect of this role.

The Person

Effective communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
Experience in managing fit-out projects ranging from £100k to £1m.
Preferably, background in joinery and cabinet-making.
Possession of CSCS Site Supervisor Card (or equivalent) and First Aid Training Card.
Comfortable leading while working within a team framework.
Keen attention to detail and commitment to exceptional quality.
Proficient in managing subcontractors and trades.
Willingness to travel and accommodate week-long stays.
Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend work to meet project deadlines.
Valid full driving license.
