You will play a key role within the continued success of the business joining the existing Management team.This position would suit a Shift Manager looking for a varied and busy role where you will have a great opportunity to get stuck in including hands on work.The Role:- Develop and maintain the Site Management System - Ensure the delivery of plant production programmes- Duties include but not limited to: report and monitor site KPIs, Compliance with the site Waste Management, ownership of budgets, adhere to QSHE across the site, implementation of logistics process and drive continuous improvement activities - Double Day Shift (6am - 2:30pm, 2:30pm - 11pm)The Person:- You will have previous and relevant experience in a Shift Managers role within Production/Manufacturing- Other experience that is beneficial but not essential: previous Maintenance experience, FLT/ Load Shovel experience, Working at Height- Looking to join the management team of a company that have an excellent reputationShift Manager, Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Site Manager, Production Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor, Warrington, Carrington, Manchester, Sale, Stretford, Altrincham, Leigh.If you are interested and think that you meet these criteria then apply or contact Olly Shone Required skills
