Urbanbubble has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior System and Data Analyst to join their team in Manchester. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis in return for a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.We have come a long way from a spare bedroom in 2008 when we started, to now being the fastest growing residential property management company in the North West.About the role:Our Senior System and Data Analyst will be working within the Business Change and Technology Department, developing, configuring and supporting multiple business critical SaaS based software and the data management stored within these systems including property and financial systems and customer facing portals and apps. This role will entail developing, configuring and managing the systems to provide a high quality user journey for both the company users and customers.Responsibilities as ourSenior System and Data Analyst will include:- Building up/maintain deep knowledge and expertise of Saas systems and customer portals and apps- Managing the Saas providers to ensure system stability and availability, with business continuity planning in place- Maintaining system security through permission based configuration to uphold the organisations IT security policies- Driving developments by mapping business requirements into user stories, consider cost benefit analysis and influencing improvements- Providing project management, user testing and business acceptance through to end user training (workshops and user guides)- Providing data management, ensuring data configuration is organised and protected under GDPR principles, limited to purpose with controls- Defining key performance reporting requirements and map into system reporting requirements and with the use of databases, provide simple organisation reporting templates- Providing the organisational reports on a timely basis as agreed- Working with Saas providers to connect multiple systems and map data to flow as required through API’s, avoiding data/ workload duplication- Supporting business growth with system expertise and helpdesk support to ensure new business initiatives, clients and sites are set up- Providing helpdesk support for system issues, using analysis to aim to improve response/ resolution and reduce frequency by applying improvement programmes into system road mapsWhat we’re looking for in Senior System and Data Analyst:Skills, Knowledge, Experience:- SaaS Support Helpdesk Management- Saas system development, user story creation and testing and deployment using tools such as Jira- Design and management of customer facing portals and apps- Prioritisation of workload in a high demand role, with ability to break down and estimate task workload- Database Management – able to gather business requirements, set up and manage data in line with GDPR legislation- Project Management skills to deploy new system features directly to the business- Organisational KPI creation and productionEssential:- Qualified up to A-Level- Database Qualification – trained in Power BI, SQL or equivalent.Desirable:- Knowledge of Residential Management Software - Yardi, MRI PM, Fix Flo and residential apps such as Spike Global and Padoq- Project /Change Management (Prince, AGILE)Urbanbubble requires people who are professional, hardworking, innovative, passionate; who are effective in their roles, and who truly engage with the customer.If you believe you are the right candidate for the role as our Senior System and Data Analyst,then please click ‘apply’ now!
