Senior Quantity SurveyorManchester / HybridCompany client is looking fora Senior Quantity Surveyor for a leading UK construction and regeneration group, with your primary base in Manchester but onsite in County Durham (3-4 days per week hybrid working).As a Procurement & Contract Manager, youll oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, and supply chain development for a key client project. Your role includes managing tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract reviews, with a focus on regulatedprocess sectors.Key objectives involve administering procurement processes, advising on contract administration, and providing cost and commercial reporting.
