Join this exciting B2B business as their Senior Marketing Manager.Senior Marketing Manager - Manchester ( 3 days office/ 2 days flexible) Up to £60,000 DOEThe primary role and responsibilities of this position are to lead the marketing team in facilitating sales opportunities for products and brands.In addition, the Senior Marketing Manager will take on the role of overseeing their brand and its communications, reporting directly to the CEO on all relevant aspects.Roles and Responsibilities of Senior Marketing Manager:The ideal candidate for this role should possess the ability to maintain a strategic overview of marketing priorities, taking the lead on various initiatives directed by the MD, CEO, and other teams. Despite having a strong digital focus, the role requiresa versatile professional who is organized and comfortable handling multiple tasks concurrently.Essential Criteria:

  • Demonstrated expertise in marketing management, including the effective management of teams and managers.
  • Strong track record in B2B product marketing, showcasing a history of successful campaigns.
  • Proven experience in owning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring comprehensive and cohesive strategies.
  • Proficient writer, especially adept at translating technical features and benefits into compelling and accessible content.
  • Comfortable planning and executing webinars to engage and educate target audiences effectively.
  • In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, leveraging them for impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro, for collateral building and multimedia content creation.
  • Competent in WordPress CMS, with expertise in WP Bakery and Slider Revolution for effective website management.
  • Experience in storyboarding, compiling, and editing video material, as well as briefing external videographers for high-quality content.
  • Solid proficiency in MS PowerPoint, utilizing it for impactful presentations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all marketing materials.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
  • Positive and proactive "can-do" attitude, approaching challenges with enthusiasm and a solutions-oriented mindset.
