Our client is a hospitality outfit with a rapidly growing portfolio of bars, restaurants and event spaces. Operating and marketing venues in Manchester and Leeds, with an emphasis on premium, but approachable, socialising.We are looking for a highly experienced individual, with a proven track record, to become the creative lead of the Group. Overseeing our marketing outreach, leading our sales team to a high level of success and managing our brand identity.Reporting to the board of directors, you will manage a small, but high performing, team of marketers and salespeople. Your vision for how we effectively market our venues, and drive event hire bookings, will form your team’s strategy to meet, and hopefullyexceed, forecasted targets.For us, customer experience is key. You will be at the helm of ensuring that it is on point from the moment they see us online, to the moment they leave the venue.Core responsibilities:
