Onward is committed to being a diverse and inclusive organisation in every aspect of our work.We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager - Reporting (1 post) to join our Finance Team.Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will deliver accurate and timely production of monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts, ensuring all relevant tax returns are completed and submitted in a timely manner and in accordance to regulatory standard.Leading a team of Finance professionals, you will lead the production and approval of the annual Financial Statements for all organisational entities, whilst managing all the audit processes and compliance with regulatory and statutory standards. This will include the preparation of relevant schedules, working papers and processes to support the consolidation process, intra-group transaction reporting and managing the controls framework. This will include co-ordination and preparation of tax returns including corporation tax, VAT, CIS etc to agreed deadlines and in line with statutory regulations.Working collaboratively with our Finance Business Partners, you will lead the production and validation of the monthly management accounts data process to overlay narrative in line with business intelligence to finalise management accounts packs for our business teams.You will manage cash flow planning and monitoring to support resourcing business objectives, whilst supporting Treasury and Business Planning to manage cash balances across entities and long term forecasts.It is essential you have experience of delivering high standard of customer service to all stakeholders providing tailored financial support and guidance as necessary and delivering on operational plans. You should be commercially minded and able to probe and challenge effectively, using your experience of BI analytical or dashboarding solutions to drive analysis. Your experience to lead and develop people will demonstrate your excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels with both financial and non-financial management teams members.A proven track record of work with finance ledgers and managing and reporting financial performance information, will demonstrate the value you add through financial analysis and insight and using it to inform business decisions. It is essential you are fully qualification with a recognised accounting body (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).All posts are recruited to the recruitment salary and movement to the confirmed salary is based on successful completion of a 6 month probation.
