Were seeking a future team member for the role of Execution Lead to join our Enterprise Execution team. This role is located in London and will work a HYBRID in-office schedule. In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Strategy and Planning: Collaborate with key stakeholders to define aims and goals, develop strategies, and create a detailed program execution plan(s). This includes designing the future state of an organisation in an Agile Fashion.
  • Delivery Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define integration and create an Agile integration roadmap. This includes breaking down the program into manageable increments, identifying deliverables, estimating effort, and prioritizingwork.
  • Risk Management: Identify and assess potential risks and issues that may impact the programs success. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to minimize negative impacts and ensure smooth transition.
  • Leadership: Motivate a team of professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance and achieve departmental goals, collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, assess market trends,and develop innovative strategies to enhance the companys competitive position.
  • International Engagement: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, maintaining the highest standards of ethics and integrity across all legal entities.
To be successful in this role, were seeking the following:
  • MBA preferred
  • Previous management consultant designing and implementing Operating Models
