You will take charge of developing and implementing advanced data and reporting solutions, utilising the latestMicrosoft technologies.You will also be required to contribute to the delivery of data and insights, steering transformative change across all facets of our business. As a crucial team member, you will play a vital role in the continuous enhancement of our strategic data platformon Microsoft Azure. This involves handling data from Dynamics 365 and other key sources, creating dashboards for pivotal business decisions, and supporting predictive analysis projects.Operational challenges at a significant scale will be part of your experience, offering opportunities to grapple with substantial data and technology solutions. The role emphasises a customer-centric approach, demanding both innovation and high efficiencyin delivering data and analytic solutions, ensuring a direct and impactful contribution to our dynamic work environment.Essential Requirements:To be successful in this position, a candidate must possess the appropriate mindset, skills, and enthusiasm for the work at hand. At a minimum, the following qualifications and experience are required:

  • Demonstrated strong customer focus and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering a contemporary data platform using relevant technologies and services within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Expertise in T-SQL, encompassing stored procedures, temp tables, and CTEs, with a focus on performance tuning.
  • Proficiency in developing solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory.
  • Demonstrable use of GIT for CI/CD source control in Azure across key areas of the technology stack.
  • Proficient in developing and deploying Azure Analysis Services Models.
  • Competent in creating cascading, parameterised reports using SQL Server Reporting Services.
  • Experience in developing datasets and reports in Microsoft Power BI.
  • Ideally, familiarity with Data Bricks or Azure Synapse.
  • Strong comprehension of data modeling concepts.
  • Proven experience in interpreting and analysing complex data.
  • Knowledge and a demonstrated track record in data and data quality management.
  • Competence in code management and deployment tools.
  • Previous exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Proficient in debugging, monitoring, tuning, and troubleshooting BI solutions.
  • Ability to excel in a matrix environment.
