The Solution:6 Years old, this optimisation solution combines the power of AI with human capability to create smarter workflows, maximise interdepartmental collaboration, and speed up the time to resolution.The Role:As the Senior Customer Success Manager, you will be an advocate for you clients and point of strategic contact for a book of c.30 clients generating around £400k per annum in revenue. Your role is to provide ultimate client satisfaction, help them see valuefrom the platform and drive retention.Additionally, you will be seen as a senior figure in the team. Supporting the ongoing evolution of the team members and the Customer Success function as a whole.Upsell and cross-sell is key here! Your role will include commercial growth of your account base, farming leads within your clients and growing use of the platform across departments. You cannot be afraid to carry a commercial quota!The ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a customer success role, that included commercial targets.
  • A well-versed approach to high touch, customer management. You will regularly engage with your clients and provide value with every interaction.
  • Experience of managing and engaging senior / c-suite decision makers at large businesses.
  • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
  • The desire to learn and improve. No ego’s here!
  • A team player! Support the team, learn from the team, be part of the team!
The Benefits:
  • A base salary of £50k - £55k plus bonus. (£10k OTE)
