Job Description

Senior Conference ProducerJob title - Senior Conference ProducerLocation - Manchester or RemoteSalary - £30,000 - £60,000 per annumDuration - Perm/Full-timeSector - Marketing & EventsClientA growing business that operates as a B2B events and media firm with a distinguished standing in niche publications and large-scale conferences is looking for a Senior Conference Producer to assume responsibility for the UK and International Events portfolioencompassing research, concept development, and the execution of prestigious international conferences.As Senior Conference Producer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting comprehensive research to discover novel and distinctive themes and opportunities.
  • Developing relevant topics of significance to our audience for program development.
  • Recruiting industry leaders and C-level speakers and supporters.
  • Managing the production and acting as the lead onsite at UK and international conferences.
  • Proficiency in a second language and possession of a drivers license are desirable but not mandatory.
  • This is a full-time office-based position with opportunities for international travel.
  • Providing supervision and line management to one team member.
We’re looking for a Senior Conference Producer with the following:
  • Previous experience planning commercial conferences.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently with composure and efficiency.
  • An entrepreneurial and commercially astute mindset.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation, confidence, and adaptability in communication.
  • The ability to create cultivating meaningful internal and external relationships.
  • A proven track record of meeting deadlines as an exceptional project manager.
  • The ability to deliver compelling and thought-provoking content to captivate the audiences attention.
