Job Description

SENIOR COMPUTER VISION ENGINEERMANCHESTER£65,000COMPANY:We are working with a Manchester based AI startup who are looking to utilise their own Computer Vision products to their clients advantage.In this role you will be working with state of the art computer vision techniques and point clouds.ROLE:

  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art computer vision algorithms and models.
  • Collaborate with teams to integrate computer vision solutions into AI products.
  • Conduct research to stay up to date with the latest advancements in computer vision and machine learning.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to extract meaningful insights.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our AI algorithms and products.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science.
  • Proven track record with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in computer vision.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python and C++.
  • Experience with popular deep learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • In-depth understanding of computer vision techniques, including object detection, image segmentation, and feature extraction.
  • Familiarity with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
