Its client base has grown by 40% in the past 12 months and as a result is looking to hire 2 Sales Executives. The current sales team are all surpassing targets and are a tight knight and social bunch that create a great buzz and a fun office environment. Youll work with a great manager / mentor that is an industry expert who will invest in you. The role:Sales Executives with develop new business in a B2B role by selling via a consultative approach. Youll understand client needs and sell appropriately to ensure a great value for money and service are delivered. Youll build trust and relationships to convert deals and youll manage accounts and retain business on an ongoing basis. Youll earn rolling revenue from accounts on an ongoing basis too meaning that youll earn money even when youre on holiday! The role will start as more heavily new business and over time will become more account management focused.The package:*£25,000 - £30,000 salary*£50,000 OTE*Quarterly bonuses, incentives*Regular paid for nights out*Free parking*On-site gym & restaurant*9 - 5.30 Monday to Friday hoursRequirements:Experience in B2B sales is required.
