Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join a leading, global Travel Management Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth in UK and international SMEs and will suit a target driven and solutions orientated individual, looking for a chance to work in this fast paced and highly rewarding sector.In return, our client can offer a competitive salary of up to £30k, plus potential OTE of £10k, excellent industry benefits and career development opportunities.   • Identifying, targeting new business leads.
  • Driving revenue conversion from new business, typically won and trading in the same period.
  • Phone based & virtual account development reviews, targeting a substantial portfolio of growth customers to implement a new, dynamic, and engaging remote relationship model.
  • Targeting product sales that maximise on contract spend and new revenue streams.
  • Partnering with Service, Tech, Operations or Finance teams to deliver continuous improvement of the commercial impact of the customer on the wider business.
  • Developing and implementing action plans for improvement, tracking results and performance.
Skills required for the role:
  • Experience in operating high volume outbound phone and virtual sales customer engagements.
  • A great sales process and experience in customer needs analysis.
  • Highly analytical and data driven, completely at home operating the SalesForce CRM.
  • Ability to deliver collaborative solutions.
  • Highly organised and structured, can develop a clear action plan and drive to conclusion.
  • Skilled in building rapport to positively influence the customer and drive revenue performance.
