Job Description

RPA Consultant On behalf of our well-established and growing client based in the UK, we are recruiting a number of RPA consultants. As a Consultant,you will deliver implementation and business consultancy services and work with customers to advise them through the fullproject life cycle to help them achieve the optimum solution to meet their business requirements. The consultant will be responsible for driving delivery excellence through high standards of RPA delivery on customer projects.The duties of the RPA Consultantwill include but not be limited to:

  • Providing expert implementation and business consultancy services and training for your clients solutions in accordance with project documentation, implementation guidelines, and quality standards.
  • Provide support and advice to customers on the use and configuration of solutions on an ad-hoc basis, providing clear and effective resolutions.
  • Demonstrate ourclient’s solutions to prospective and existing customers, proposing recommendations to meet their business requirements.
  • Produce and maintain internal and customer-facing documentation to a high standard, including solution designs, project documentation, user and configuration guides and technical specifications
  • Supporting the Client Partner to identify opportunities to extend the scope of the work and build longevity of the account securing future revenue
The RPA Consultantwill have:
  • Knowledge of Automation, RPA, UiPath, and Blue Prism.
  • Experience in the successful management and delivery of enterprise IT programs (experience of automation programs would be a plus)
  • Ability to project manage an engagement to budget and timescale
  • Positive, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Capability to manage project RAID items and engage with client stakeholders
  • Capable of delivering effective meetings and workshops, documenting them appropriately
  • Understanding On-Prem and Cloud infrastructure would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of potential automation solutions following initial process assessment sessions
  • The ability to work under pressure to achieve deadlines, manage expectations, and change control
