We also welcome anyone with experience of MIG and MMA welding procedures. For those demonstrating the right skills, experience and attitude the company will investin you for further training leading to codingsSuccessful applicants will be provided with mentored training to ensure safety and compliance plus in time be offered the opportunity to train for enhanced employment opportunities within the Team / GroupPerson Profile/Experience:This would suit an aspiring mechanic looking for an opportunity to break in to the Rail Engineering Industry, ex Forces Engineers, Plant Maintenance, Aerospace or Automotive Engineering/Fast Fit Maintenance skills will be suitable for this roleYou will be physically fit and healthy, have a good sense of humour and be prepared to work outdoors where required. You will ideally have a full driving license (ideally no more than 6 points) and be flexible enough to travel to other local sites in the regionfrom time to timeDue to the nature of the work/role, an appreciation of H&S at work is essential, plus in line with Rail Industry Protocols there is a zero policy re being under the influence of Drugs & Alcohol whilst at work.
