Job Description

We have fantastic opportunity for a Reward & Performance Analyst to join us in on a permanent basis.This role will be based at our Manchester office with some home working. Due to the current Pandemic this will be initially home based only.The purpose of the role is to support the Senior Reward & Performance Manager with the delivery of the reward strategy by implementing high quality reward programmes. You will provide recommendations to the HR Generalists on appropriate reward packages, benchmarked to external market data and wider market intelligence across divisions and countries where required.You will deliver core cyclical reward activities for all countries which include annual salary review, employee share awards and the incentive review process; ensuring compliance with relevant governance and processes.What will you be doing

  • Implement and manage the short and medium-term strategies for owned areas; provide technical information and analysis to HR Business Partners.
  • Share knowledge and experience with wider HR Team and manage own workload to meet the needs of the business and key initiatives.
  • Comply with controls and internal policies to minimise risks that could adversely affect the achievement of objectives or be damaging to corporate goals & image.
  • Contribute to a high-performing culture based on values and behaviours; ensuring that processes deliver the capability needed to meet objectives.
  • Working with the Senior Reward & Performance Manager, provide Reward specialist support on change projects, implementing new approaches to support the direction in owned business areas.
  • Develop mutually beneficial networks internally and externally including HRBPs, supplier networks, other businesses, government organisations, regulators, professional associations and community groups.
  • Provide subject matter expertise across specified areas; maintaining awareness and knowledge of external development and practices to provide industry-leading services to the business.
  • Implement strategies to maximise ROI.
  • Is this you
  • Technical Reward expertise e.g. Executive Remuneration, Total Reward.
  • Proven experience of working on change programmes.
  • Experienced in summarising and interpreting salary and benefit survey data, Willis Towers Watson and AON McLagan.
  • Proficient in job evaluation and understanding grading methodologies.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and relevant expectations.
  • Experience of operating in diverse teams in a multi-site, multi country organisation.
  • International Reward & Benefits experience; in particular, within Italy and or Portugal.
  • Global mobility policy and related tax, payroll and HR processes.
  • Strong experience of interacting at a management level.
  • Advanced level in Excel for data analysis.
