About the team: Global Revenue Operations covers the complete revenue operations life cycle through Data Analytics, Billing, Collections, Change & Transformation and Revenue Assurance. We are looking for someone with senior operational experience to lead our Account Managementteam. What you will be doing This is a Senior Operational leadership role managing a team of Analysts providing account management services to Top Tier Enterprise global customers. You will drive the Operational performance and Strategic direction of the team. You will be leveraging thevast knowledge and experience of all teams across Global Revenue Operations to deliver a coherent flexible value add service offering whilst ensuring we are an integral partner to our commercial teams and customers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our sales community, providing insights and solutions to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service enhancement and sales enablement
  • Develop and implement cutting-edge service offerings to streamline processes and optimize efficiency within Account Management team
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement, driving accountability and inspiring high-performance within the team
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, anticipate customer needs, and drive proactive service innovation.
  • Champion change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new processes and technologies
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within Revenue Operations (Account Management, Billing, Collections, Customer services) or related functions
  • Strong strategic mindset with the ability to envision and execute transformative initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in leveraging technology to drive process improvement and enhance customer experiences
