Play a key role in the further growth in a successful Tech company through developing a newly created retentions division.Client DetailsAn established, yet still very much a business in growth, this company operates in the Tech space, selling Telecomms and tech solutions to the b2b space.DescriptionAs the first Retentions focussed employee, your role initially will be reactive and focussed on trying to retain cancelling customers. Longer term the model will switch to proactive and you will be tasked with creating relationships within the customer base in advance of their renewals. This is very much a growth role, with the opportunity to develop a team around you as the business grows.ProfileTo be considered for this opportunity you must have worked in a retentions position previously.
