Job Description

We are currently working with a highly regarded National firm that have gone through substantial organic growth over recent years due to their success.   • This Top 50 UK firm has one of the most well-respected names for quality work across Manchester and the North West. They are a full-service practice, with HNW flavour throughout their departments. The firm punches well above their weight and they deal on par with some of the countrys most well-known law firms.
  • The firm is very entrepreneurial and is ahead of the curve on the changing legal landscape; they have invested in artificial intelligence, using state of the art software allowing staff to save days of work. This firm is the only SME sized law firm using it, other big international names have used it for several years. It is this approach and strong leadership why they remain to be highly profitable.
  • They are a National outfit with multiple offices up and down the country.
    • The Role
  • The firm are looking for Residential Property Solicitor to join their busy city centre department in Manchester.
  • The firm has a strong reputation for Residential Property work, with the department having strong relationships with a broad introducer client base made up of HNW & UHNW individuals.
  • The bespoke caseload will have many high value matters and will include; sales & purchases of freehold & leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
  • They charge well for the work they do and believe in providing fee earners with manageable caseloads.
    • Requirements
  • You will be a Solicitor at least 2years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE and less may still be considered)
  • You should have a strong background in handling your own conveyancing files from start to completion
  • A meticulous eye for detail
  • You will be commercially minded and enjoy business development and marketing
