Job Description

My client is a dynamic boutique law firm located in Bristol City centre (with 100% remote working on offer). They have rigorously handpicked and nurtured legal talent to develop their team which has enabled this firm to offer clients a unique perspectiveof legal advice and services.Whilst by headcount they are a “small firm” they punch well above their weight and the sophistication and quality of their services puts them on par with the large commercial heavyweights and the sophistication of top 200 legal firms.The firm operate a flat management structure, working directly with the managing director and head of department allows for empowerment and autonomy in your work, enhanced innovation and creativity and the opportunity to work directly with quality legalprofessionals in their respective sectors.2022 was a fantastic year of growth for this firm – with further plans to grow in 2023 they now require a Commercial Law and Intellectual Property Solicitor of 2 years PQE+The role:The role will consist of broadening and servicing an existing caseload to include clients with intellectual property and in connection with other aspects of technology law. You will need to be focused on building relationships with clients and introducersand be able to consistently deliver outstanding and straightforward advice to clients.You can expect to work on an interesting and varied caseload of work, including advising clients on:

  • Agency agreements
  • Collaborations
  • Confidentiality agreements
  • Contract hire and leasing agreements
  • Data protection advice
  • Distribution agreements
  • E-commerce, online terms and regulatory advice
  • Collaboration and joint venture agreements
  • LLP agreements
  • Manufacturing agreements
  • Outsourcing agreements
  • Partnership agreements
  • Services agreements and frameworks
  • Shareholder agreements
  • Standard trading terms and conditions
  • Supply contracts and sourcing
