Regulatory Manager - Biocides & REACh (Compliance)Our client is a uniquely formed organisation that is working to address a niche unmet market, improving the welfare those it produces products for. With an aim to become the market leader, the regulatory area is of significant interest to them. They work on a number of industries not just limited to consumer goods or healthcare. On this basis, the regulatory exposure you will gain is broad and significant - not just limited to one area. Recent acquisitions have further enhanced the company product range, making this the go to company for 2020.The position available is a standalone role where an individual can shape the role to their abilities. You will be responsible for global chemical regulations and the compliance of REACh, CLP, GHS and Biocides.Given the seniority of this position, you will be expected to create regulatory strategy and compliance strategy in the bid to support the company growth.As you are the sole regulatory contact for the company, you will be expected to liaise with regulatory authorities, engage with internal and external stakeholders and be the go to expert concerning regulatory compliance issues.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCEEducated to degree level within Chemistry or relevant scientific discipline.Experience and knowledge within Biocides is strongly preferred (compliance).
