With a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction, we have established ourselves as a trusted partner in the HVAC industry.As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join their Team.Description

  • Identify and target potential clients in need of Commercial Heating solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to tailor the package to client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Keep abreast of industry regulations and standards.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.
  • Represent our client at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
Profile
  • Proven track record in HVAC business development or related sales roles.
  • Experience selling into the specification market via Architects, Specifiers, Main Contractors, etc
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
