Who are we looking for
  • 1+ year of experiencein Recruitment.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and make calls.
Must-haves:
  • Good communication skills - both written and verbal.
  • Interest in growing and developing professionally.
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, and Outlook. Willing to learn new systems, embrace AI tech etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills to deal with candidates at all levels.
Nice to have:
  • Retail / Sales experience (either personally or as a recruiter).
Not doing
  • Business development. We know its not for everyone. If you don’t want to do BD, but can fill roles and maybe in the future manage clients, that’s cool – We’ve got space for you. Want the option to progress onto BD in the future No worries, we’ve gotthe training and support for that too.
  • Being micro-managed. We trust the people we hire. We support the people on our teams. We don’t crush them with nit-picking micro management.
