On top of this, you will have access to a long list of existing clients that are working with RW exclusively.We are looking for a Billing Recruitment Manager that will lead from the front, who can drive a positive sales culture and has solid people-management skills. Our office environment is relaxed and autonomous so you wont be expected to micro-manage and instructthe team to constantly cold call, send spec CVs or meet pointless KPIs. Instead, you and the team will be encouraged to engage with senior talent and developing proper relationship with senior stakeholders doing the following:
