Quality Control Administrators required this is a 2pm - 10pm assignment Monday to Friday ongoing overtime opportunities apply on bankholidays and Saturdays.Specific Duties: Daily Targets - Monitor the daily target report and work on specific workstreams and components that are due for completion. Quality Control Application - Perform quality assurance tasks within our in-house quality application in line with pending targets as per the target report. Rescan Approvals - Monitor and action rescan approval items that have been completed by production teams. Packet Handler Application - Perform packet corrections and upload activities throughout the day in line with daily target expectations. Open Aged Packets - Monitor the volume of Open Aged Packets and aim to close these in date order within a 3-day window. Data Capture Application - Where required, perform data capture and data correction activities. This is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be asked to do other tasks which you should not reasonably refuse.
