Finance Purchase Ledger - 6 month contract, possibly longer- Paying per hour £14.50 - £14.75 dep on expManchester City Centre Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm flexi time available / HYBRIDDuties will include - PURCHASE LEDGER -Efficiently process purchase invoices and employee expenses in a timely manner, posting invoices daily. Effectively resolve Purchase Ledger queries on the telephone and in person. Request invoices orPurchase Order numbers as required.Allocate payments and credit notes / Reconcile supplier statements / Manage accounts payable mailbox / Open and process post / Prepare weekly payment run / Filling. General maintenance of the purchase ledger - setting up new accounts & updating supplierdetailsWe currently use SAP but are soon to be switching to Microsoft Business Central so any experience there would be good.*Great company*
