This promises to be a fast paced and varied role within a matrix delivery team. Here you will have the opportunity to deliver a multitude of complex projects to drive business wide transformation including changes to technology, process, organisational structure and data reporting.Thanks to our cutting-edge technology we are able to collaborate digitally and work anywhere at Slater and Gordon so location for this role is flexible.Responsibilities:· Successful end to end delivery of a variety of complex business change projects· Creating clear and attainable project objectives to ensure delivery to time, cost, benefits quality and scope.· Implementation of structured delivery framework and corporate governance· Management of allocated project resources across multiple internal technology and business functions and external suppliers.· Resource & Budget management and effective financial and progress reporting and forecasting.· Ensuring project, quality, and risk plans are prepared and maintained for projects and sub-projects· Working within the delivery framework ensuring that all required documentation is produced, control gates are passed and all necessary approvals are in place· Implementation of appropriate stakeholder management and communications plan to ensure that progress, decisions and risks are reported and transparentAbout You: · Previous experience managing a variety of complex business change projects· Influential leader delivering change successfully as part of dynamic team who are continuously improving the way S&G deliver change· Professional Project Management qualification such a MSP, Prince2, APM, PMI is essential.· Comfortable handling multiple projects and competing priorities while operating in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment.· Ability to work within a matrix environment across multiple locations.· A strong communicator with outstanding Stakeholder management skills at all levels· Excellent Knowledge of project delivery frameworks, methodologies and end-to-end delivery lifecycles· Experience of both Agile and Waterfall lifecycles· Ability to deploy best practice project management and business change theory as appropriate.· Driven to succeed and adaptable to work on own and as part of a team whilst being a strong leader who is good at managing people.What we offer in return: In return we offer a competitive salary with market leading benefits, a dynamic agile work environment, exposure to industry specialists and the fantastic opportunity to develop a rewarding and successful career with an award-winning law firm.
