We now have seven offices across Lancashire and Greater Manchester, 140 employees andoffer a full range of legal services for individuals and businesses.Our reputation and growth are based on how our legal services are delivered, combining our legal expertise with a down to earth approach and a focus on getting the job done for our clients.The RoleWith one of the leading private client teams in Lancashire, Farleys Solicitors have a fantastic opportunity for a senior private client solicitor to join our regional team and play a part in the continued success of our firm.The successful candidate will have solid experience across a wide range of private client matters and the ability to demonstrate strong technical expertise, excellent client care and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work as part of a wider teamdelivering exceptional client experience and play a part in mentoring and supervising junior colleagues.The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified, practising solicitor, with a strong level of PQE (upwards of 6 years ideally)
  • Have experience of dealing with probate, wills, trusts, estate/tax planning, court of protection, and lasting powers of attorney matters
  • Experience of working with high-net-worth clients
  • Have experience of team management and supervising junior team members
  • STEP accreditation desirable
