Job Description

Pre-sales Architect - SaaS - Retail TechnologyUp to £70,000Manchester - Hybrid workingAn innovative, forward-thinking, well-funded, Manchester-based rapid growth technology business within the Retail SaaS space is looking to bring on a Presales Architect to help support enterprise sales processes by focusing on the design and architectureaspect of the proposal and being the Technical point of contact throughout complex sales cycles.The Role:

  • You will focus on providing demonstrations and solution design to enterprise-level prospects and supporting complex sales processes.
  • You will liaise with both the business and technical functions within prospective clients to help uncover technical requirements and how our clients solution could fit into their current software estate.
  • You will lead the Solution Bid team, assuming responsibility for the team and liaising with the wider business to help ensure a seamless transition from Sales to implementation/delivery.
You will;
  • have demonstrable experience working in a Pre-sales/Solution Architect role within a SaaS business
  • Ideally, have knowledge/experience of the technology landscape within modern retail organisations
  • have excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse at the C-Suite level
  • have knowledge/experience of complex SaaS implementations involving API integrations
