Job Description

  • Typing letters and producing documents such as transfers, contracts, assignments, leases.
  • Working from notes dictated onto audiotape
  • Operating the Civil National Rates Business Portal
  • Preparing bundles using PDF editor.
  • Answering telephone calls, letters, faxes and e-mails
  • Organising diaries, making appointments and organising meetings
  • Filing creating suitable filing systems and archiving systems
  • Carrying out any other reasonable ad hoc tasks requested by your manager, Director, or any other departmental manager
  • Carrying out research relating to the business as and when require
  • Providing general administration support
Requirements
  • Previous personal assistant experience is essential
  • Flexible when required in order to assist the business
  • Proficient with using Microsoft Office
  • Possess a good telephone manner
  • Ability to handle responsibility
