Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Working with the Payroll Advisor to support and where relevant lead on projects including salary review, total reward statements, employee benefits annual window, bonus scheme and recognition scheme.
  • General administrative responsibilities which support the smooth running of the team.
  • Administrative maintenance of our corporate discounts including updating current offers and promoting the discounts available. Drafting communications relating to these.
  • To collate employee data and use of Excel to share these with the team.
  • Responding to queries via telephone, email and face-to-face, from both employees and partners
  • Content editing the HR webpages on the intranet, posting online updates on the e-noticeboard and liaising with the Marketing Team as appropriate.
  • Using initiative, investigating, problem solving when needed to resolve employee queries
  • Manage/organise meetings and events
  • Key Skills & Experience
  • Significant experience of working in an administrative role, ideally within finance, payroll or HR capacity
  • Excellent attention to detail with experience of managing and verifying large amounts of data
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and experience with acting as a key point of contact for queries and managing stakeholder relations
  • Excellent time management skills including experience of managing projects and meeting strict deadlines on a regular basis
  • A strong level of PC literacy including the ability to use MS Office (specifically Word, Excel and Outlook). Strong excel skills with the ability to use formula to gather and verify data, complete analysis of data, and produce reports.
