Job Description

Were currently recruiting for an Patent Paralegal for one of our impressive and forward thinking clients in the heart of city centre Manchester.Duties:

  • Leading delivery of service for a portfolio of clients,
  • Taking on the role of main point of contact for your allocated clients
  • Develop & maintain long-lasting client relationships
  • Responsibility with how the team can continuously improve client service
  • Support the team with working to tight deadlines
  • Work autonomously on management of all case related activities
  • Work closely with the business support teams and have the ability to coordinate their workload
  • Take full management of secretarial holiday cover by making sure staff levels are adequate
    • Key requirements:
  • Significant Patent experience, ideally CIPA or IPAC qualified
  • Law firm experience would be ideal however in-house patent experience will also be considered
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and also be able to cope well with change.
  • Strong at building client and attorney relationships
  • Happy to support training and development of secretaries
  • Must be client focused
  • Current fee earning responsibilities would be highly advantageous.
