* Key focus on RIBA Stage 4* Support for your Part 3* Bespoke homes, large-scale residential and industrialPart 2 Architectural Assistant | Manchester | £25K - £28K (DOE)We are recruiting for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a collaborative, people-oriented practice located in Manchester City Centre as soon as possible.This RIBA practice is well-established, with roughly 15 members of staff split across two teams - bespoke projects and architecture. They are a forward-thinking and design-focused practice using Revit to create their designs. They are hoping to hire a motivated and innovative Part 2 Architectural Assistant with experience in RIBA Stage 4, as this is a key focus of this role. As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will be supported and mentored whilst you complete your Part 3, whilst also enhancing your experience in projects such as bespoke homes, large high-rise residential schemes and industrial.The award-winning practice is keen to develop and reward its staff for their continuous service. Two of the Associate Directors joined the company over 10 years ago as apprentices and have worked their way up thanks to the rewarding system in place. They alsohave flexible working hours subject to project workload.
