Paralegal (Regulatory Team) Salary: £28,000Location: Manchester City Centre or Leeds City BasedJob SummaryWe have an opportunity for a hard-working Paralegal looking for a new opportunity to join our growing Regulatory Team.We also have a growing health and safety (H&S) legal and consultancy services package, that we deliver in conjunction with our external H&S consultant, which involves advisory work, training, incident response, practical H&S advice, and guidance on retainer-based/ alternative pricing arrangements. We work very closely with our corporate, employment, real estate, and construction teams to support with commercial issues with H&S considerations, corporate H&S due diligence, sector-based initiatives (such as Fire andBuilding Safety) and any issues concerning employee physical health, mental health and well-being, for example.This role will include professional conduct work so experience in this area would be advantageous but not essential.We are looking for a candidate with: This role will include professional conduct work so experience in this area would be advantageous but not essential. Commercial astuteness, with a passion for health and safety, law and interest in business. Advocacy skills. Ability to work as part of a team and be willing to work independently where required (but with appropriate level of supervision as needed).
