Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with experience in PPC to join an established and fast growing digital marketing agency. You will be responsible for the activation of Paid Media campaigns focused on sales and growth ensuring that they meetperformance and revenue targets in line with the overall marketing objectives.We are searching for a motivated and experienced individual looking for the next step in their career to develop alongside an experienced team. You will be confident in the campaigns that you set out for your portfolio of clients, will pride yourself ondelivering excellent results and be passionate to continue in your own personal development.What youll be doing:

  • Developing social media paid campaigns with the aim of increasing revenue, customer engagement and awareness.
  • Designing Meta media strategies that align to a business goals and marketing plans.
  • Managing campaign goals, whilst measuring and showing the Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Campaign management to reach business goals which require to buy ads on Facebook, Instagram and Messenger.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
  • Liaising with other departments to create a holistic and effective online marketing strategy.
  • Digest client briefs in order to help develop bespoke digital marketing strategies.
  • Test and implement ad copy, messaging and landing pages to optimise ROI.
  • Create data-led campaign recommendations and actionable insights that drive efficiency and/or growth.
What we want from you:
  • Experience working within Paid Facebook Advertising.
  • A significant grasp of digital media, understanding and best practice.
  • Experience setting up and optimising Social PPC campaigns.
  • Solution focused and proactive, with a huge passion for marketing.
  • Demonstrable ability to work as a team.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with a range of audiences.
  • Good experience of Excel, PowerPoint and other software packages.
  • Experience creating and presenting performance reports.
  • Working knowledge of social listening tools.
  • A process and detail driven work ethic.
If you know some of this, even better:
  • Experience working across other paid media channels.
  • Experience reporting through Google Analytics.
  • Experience working within an agency.
Qualifications
  • Qualification in marketing or relevant discipline
